OCD has a significant impact on the entire family system. Family members often want to help but don’t know where to start. I am offering a six‑session support group for parents and partners of people with OCD to provide guidance, education, and peer support.
What this group covers
Treatment options: comprehensive overview of OCD and current research on evidence‑based treatments and medication.
Myths and fears: clarify common misconceptions about OCD and address parental or partner concerns about diagnosis, prognosis, and stigma.
Supportive vs. unhelpful responses: practical examples of accommodations that can maintain symptoms and strategies to reduce family accommodation while keeping relationships respectful and compassionate.
Family accommodations assessment: each family will complete a family accommodations assessment to identify patterns in your home and build a personalized plan to change unhelpful routines.
Peer support and resource sharing: meet other families, share experiences, and learn community and clinical resources.
Format and goals
Six weekly sessions, structured and skills‑focused.
Psychoeducation combined with practical exercises, role‑plays, and guided planning.

Adolescents 12+
Adult Psychotherapy
I offer psychotherapy services tailored for adolescents ages 12+. In my practice I work hard to foster a safe and supportive environment where adolescents can explore their thoughts, identity, feelings, and change behavior. I help adolescents navigate through this critical stage in development and help them learn skills to independently manage their mental health.
I provide individual psychotherapy for adults facing a variety of mental health challenges. I work hard to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore, understand, and work through life’s challenges. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, adjusting, obsessive thoughts and behaviors, or trauma, I’m here to help you navigate your path to healing and growth.
